I saw it years ago....I was USING business as a reason not to engage.  WHO DOES THAT? I felt I had 'work to do" that somehow legitamized my leaderhip in my family.  I was disconnected from  my wife and my first born son.  I knew I needed to stop sacrificing my personal life for the business, yet I felt compelled and passoionate to grow and help others.   I knew how to coach others on this, but I wasn't taking my own advice.

So, I leveled up my own life by focusing more on my personal growth and my familial growth.  Guess what happened? EVERYTHING CHANGED.  I increased my income by 30-40% which was great, but even more importantly, I improved my relationship with my kids and increased intimacy and connection with my wife.  

I knew I turned the corner when my son at just 5 years old looked at me one day and said, "When I get older I am going to be the second best daddy in the world."   I thought that is weird.  But he contnued by saying, "Because you are the best".  Ah, my dreams answered and my commitment continues today. 

This was and is all powered by my continual drive to expand my life across the major areas of life.  Health, Spiritual, Relationships, Business and Fun!   I've been trained and continueally
